TOPICAL ISSUES FOR FAMILY LAWYERS CONDUCTING TLATA CASES

The afternoon session is a roundup of TLATA law and procedure and provides a counterbalance to the morning session where the statutory framework is very different, as is the procedure.  Although dealing with the same ‘family’ issues, TLATA can cover property interests in so many different types of relationship. The aim of this course is to provide the busy family practitioner with the essentials for dealing with a TLATA case on a day to day level.
