This five hour course will cover key issues relevant to busy lawyers to assist them to manage their firm and workload more effectively. It will develop some of the issues covered on Professional Conferences’ Management Course Stage 1 and will introduce new topics. The course will be a mixture of short presentation and interactive workshop sessions. Delegates will be asked to participate and will have the opportunity to raise problems which they have encountered in practice with the speakers. Mindful of the need in today’s competitive market to maximise the skills of support staff, the course will also consider how training can help to minimise risk and increase profitability by allowing more effective delegation. The course materials will include a series of training and development forms which firms can adapt for their own use. |
