Periodontitis is a relatively
common condition affecting 10-15% of patients in any dental
practice. Many dentists and hygienists find the management of
periodontitis in a general practice setting challenging,
unpredictable and imprecise. This can be unsettling for many,
given that many dental clinicians are perfectionists at heart!
This course is designed to guide the whole dental team through
the potential minefield of managing patients with periodontitis
with the aim of improving treatment outcomes using a
patient-centred and evidence-based approach. It will cover the
very latest research findings and new developments in
periodontal management. |
|
